Rod 90 OPTION
For a Fender sound in your P90 axe, this pickup is made with six Alnico rods just like a Strat or Tele pickup. The sound is like a slightly wider Strat tone and it makes for an ideal middle pickup for a 3-P90 guitar for maximum quack in the bridge/middle and neck/middle positions. Turn and magnet specs vary with customer need, though as a rule of thumb, neck and especially bridge specs need to be fairly high for a touch of that P90 woof.
