P-24 Neck

As the name implies, the P24 is a NECK P90 designed for 24-fret guitars or any guitar where the neck pu position is pushed a little closer to the bridge than normal. This causes the pickup to see a slightly less bassy segment of the string so you can get away with and may even need a few more turns of wire. If you really need some extra beef, one or both narrow magnets can be replaced with standard 1/2” magnets, or some extra turns of wire. But in most cases you’ll find the standard specs to be plenty.
It can also be used in guitars with neck pu’s at standard distance from the bridge if you really need a wider tone from the neck for fat single note lines.
